Krystal White
A Greek African-American raised in California and Greece, Krystal grew up with an avid love for film, a soft spot for animals, and a passion for music (playing piano & cello). Before moving to Los Angeles, Krystal lived in the U.K. where she earned her Combined Honors B.A. Degree in English Literature & the History of Art.
Krystal's first feature scripts have placed in the top percentiles of the Academy Nicholl Fellowships, Austin Film Fest, ScreenCraft, as well as making her a PAGE Awards winner. Krystal has also twice placed in the 5% top-rated scripts on The Black List and is a Universal Writers Program and Black List/Women in Film Feature Residency Semi-Finalist.
Krystal's short comedy, A Most Suitable Applicant, was an Official Selection of the Academy-accredited Los Angeles International Short Film Festival, the L.A. Comedy Festival, and aired on The Short Film Channel as well as PBS Channel Thirteen/WNET via public vote. Krystal's first time directing, writing, and performing comedy.
Krystal also recently booked her first TV co-star role, as the Bailiff on Season 12 of NCIS: Los Angeles.
Currently in the works, Krystal has two projects with State Street Pictures (The Hate You Give), an original sci-fi romance with Antonia Gentry (Ginny & Georgia) attached to star, and an adaptation for Level 4 Press. As an actor and writer, Krystal is particularly drawn to stories that spotlight unsung heroes, inspire the heart, and that highlight how much we're screwing up the planet. And stories that, wherever possible, make us laugh.
As of Spring 2026, Krystal finds herself residing in Dublin where she's writing her next screenplay, a gothic romance set in an Irish castle.
